Mr. Aharon Feuerstein [ Chairman and CFO ] |

Mr. Feuerstein has over 30 years of business experience as a senior economist, senior manager and entrepreneur, both in the banking sector and in the high-tech industry. Prior to establishing ApNano Materials, Mr. Feuerstein co-founded Accelerate Technology & Business, a high-tech investment firm. Prior to Accelerate, Mr. Feuerstein has been involved, via his consulting company, in raising funds for high-tech companies, transitional management services, business consultation services and capital management., Mr. Feuerstein was serving on the Board of directors of The International Center for the Enhancement of Learning Potential and The Hadassah WIZO Canada Research Institute and Rapid vision (an Israeli public company). For 15 years, Mr. Feuerstein served as Head of the Internal Auditing Division of the Union Bank of Israel, and later in the position of General Manager Senior Assistant and Deputy Head of the Corporate and Business Division. Before taking the position with Union Bank, Mr. Feuerstein served as a senior official in the Israeli State Comptroller Office, where he was responsible for auditing the activities of the Ministry of Defense and other defense divisions. Aharon Feuerstein studied at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, for the BA in Economics and Political Science. |

Dr. Menachem Genut [ President and CEO, co-discoverer of the inorganic fullerenes] |
| Dr. Genut has over 20 years of experience as a senior scientist, senior manager and as an entrepreneur. Prior to establishing ApNano Materials, Dr. Genut co-founded Accelerate Technology & Business, a high-tech investment firm. He was the CEO of Wireless Methods, and Co-Founder and Vice President of R&D and Business Development for ORAMIR Semiconductor Equipment Ltd. that was acquired by Applied Materials, Inc. He was the co-inventor of Oramir’s core technology –a laser based machine for advanced semiconductor fabrication and developed its know-how. Dr. Genut holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He held a postdoctoral position at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, working on reliability of semiconductor devices. He then held an R&D position at the Weizmann Institute of Science where he was a member of the Nanomaterials Synthesis Group that discovered the inorganic nanoparticles that are the basis for ApNano Materials products and was the first to synthesize them. Dr. Genut holds 10 patents and has published more than 20 scientific articles. He is the co-author with Aviva Rosen-Genut of the book “The Starting Point – A Manual for High-Tech Entrepreneurs and Managers” (Globes Publication House, Israel, 2001). |

Dr. Niles Fleischer [ Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Product Development] |
| Dr. Niles Fleischer has more than 22 years of industrial experience in the United States and Israel in R&D and high-tech company management positions. His experience includes developing and manufacturing many types of advanced batteries and electrochemical systems. Prior to joining ApNano Materials he co-founded the Israeli high-tech company ECR based on his inventions for ultra-thin batteries. ECR was eventually acquired by the US firm AVX. As President and CTO of ECR, Dr. Fleischer was responsible for managing the development of the company’s technology for power sources. Prior to ECR, Dr. Fleischer developed various advanced battery systems at Rayovac in the USA and Tadiran in Israel. He earned his Ph.D. in materials science and M.Sc. in electrochemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel, and obtained his B.A. degree from The University of Michigan specializing in chemistry and physiology. Dr. Fleischer is the inventor of over 40 patents and has authored more than 25 scientific papers. |

Dr. Alla Zak [ Chief Scientist] |
| Dr. Alla Zak completed her doctoral studies on the topic of the synthesis and properties of inorganic fullerene nanoparticles in the Nanomaterials Synthesis Group of Prof. Tenne at the Weizmann Institute of Science. Her M.Sc. degree from Kishinev University, Moldova, is on the physics of semi-conductors. Prior to her studies at the Weizmann Institute Dr. Zak taught physics at scientific and technical schools in Israel. Before this she worked for five years as a Technical Engineer on microelectronics and thin film developments at the Electrical Device Engineering Institute of Science, Kishinev, Moldova. She has written a number of scientific papers and has several patented inventions on inorganic fullerenes. |

Professor Reshef Tenne [ Chief Scientific Advisor and co-discoverer of the inorganic fullerenes] |
| Prof. Tenne (www.weizmann.ac.il) leads the group that discovered and studied the inorganic fullerene-like nanospheres and nanotubes, generically termed IF nanoparticles, which is a new class of nanomaterials. Professor Tenne is the Head of the Department of Materials and Interfaces of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel (www.weizmann.ac.il). He also heads the G. Schmidt Minerva Center for Supramolecular Architecture and is the Head of the Nanomaterials Synthesis Group at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. He was a visiting professor at the Pierre et Marie Curie University - Paris, the University of Tokyo, the Hahn-Meitner Institute, Berlin, CNRS- Meudon, France and the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He is a winner of the Mordechai Glickson Research Prize. Professor Tenne was the President of the Israeli Vacuum Society, is currently the acting President of the Israel Chemical Society, and was a Chairman of the Materials Committee of the Israeli Science Foundation. He was also member of the scientific advisory boards of France-Israel, India-Israel and Japan-Israel foundations. He is a member of the editorial board of the Solid State Sciences Journal, Microscopy, Microanalysis, Microstructures Journal and Advanced Functional Materials Journal. Professor Tenne has published more than 200 scientific articles and holds 12 patents. He holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Chemistry, a M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry and a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. |

Professor Lev Rapoport [ Chief Advisor Tribological Applications] |
| Professor Rapoport is the Head of the Tribology Laboratory (www.hait.ac.il) and the Center for Materials Science and Engineering at the Holon Academic Institute of Technology, Israel (www.hait.ac.il). He performed the first tribology studies in the new field of inorganic fullerenes with his team at the Holon Academic Institute of Technology. He has more than 30 years of tribology research and engineering experience in the former Soviet Union and in Israel. He is Chairman of the Israeli Tribology Society. He belongs to a number of international professional societies. Professor Rapoport has authored some 50 scientific papers and chapters in books, and presented many lectures at international meetings on materials science, mechanical engineering and tribology. |
